First Ever Cyanogenmod Phone! Oppo N1

First Ever Cyanogenmod Phone! Oppo N1

I know what you're thinking if you're an Android Guru like myself. "My phone runs Cyanogenmod! So how is this the first one!?"
Let me put it this way... Cyanogenmod actually will come on this phone as the Stock rom.
Which phone is it I'm talking about you ask?

Oppo N1!

Oppo is a brand of cellular phones, and the N1 is the device.
The Oppo N1 will be the first phone to ever come with Cyanogenmod out of the box.
As there are 2 editions of the Oppo N1, Cyanogenmod Edition, and Color OS edition, If you happen to get a Color OS edition of the N1, you can head to Oppo's site and download Cyanogenmod for this phone. This Cyanogenmod does not disable the features of any sort on this device.

Why the word of features?

This phone has 37 Patents all by its lonesome self.
O-Click is a little remote that you can click to take a picture without even touching your phone!
O-Touch is the back panel of the phone, you can use the front screen, or the back of the phone to control the phone! You can even turn it off if it gets too confusing at some points.
The Camera is actually 13MP, and believe me, it takes advantage of Google's newly added RAW image coding, with the Oppo N1, you get crisp, clear photos every time.

The Oppo N1 is so innovative, I think Oppo may be up against Apple now in the innovating world of gadgets.

Oh yeah, also.. I know this is not funny, to some people.. but Oppo reminds me of Gangnam style for some reason.. I just... can't put my finger on it......

What is Android?

What is Android? Android is a Free Open Source Operating system, mostly seen on mobile devices these days such as smart phones, tablets, and is the base Operating system behind the Kindle fire, & Nook Color. It is safe to say Android is built upon Linux. When you hear of "Linux" you think of Ubuntu immediately if you're a novice, or "noob" with the Linux operating system. Well though Ubuntu is built upon Linux, and is commonly used on any machine using it, but it isn't what linux is. Linux is basically a terminal/operating system like you would say DOS is. Linux is basically a Unix clone, which is what Mac OS X is built upon. Linux is free, and if you ever payed for it, demand a refund, but don't get yourself in danger over it! (lol) So from this, we know Linux is just basically the background software, which runs all the commands it needs to, to give you a functioning GUI (Graphical User Interface) for easier ways to use ...

LikeWise S6? Will it be a Thing?

LikeWise S6? Will it be a Thing? Hopefully! I mean its very possible, for the Galaxy S3, and S4. I have not gotten ahold of a Galaxy S5 yet (Send me one I'll do it, thanks!) What this will consist of, again is bringing the look, the UI, and just the smoothness of the device to your older Galaxy device. Which is a new life for the older gen devices right? LikeWise S5 was such a huge hit for the Galaxy S3, I would love to participate in a new ROM, aside from my LG G2 work. Anyways I really want to do this! and I will! for any device I can, if you want to donate a device to me, for any development, I will definitely follow up on your wishes! Thanks everyone for reading this short :) AndroidGuruGuy

HTC One, US Carriers, to Receive 4.4 Kitkat Update!

HTC One, US Carriers, to Receive 4.4 Kitkat Update! The HTC one, the ONE HIT WONDER Android Phone of 2013 will be receiving Android 4.4 Kitkat. This is great news because 4.4 is the newest Android Operating system version out there (for those of you who did not know) and so with Kitkat, this phone will be good as new again! The HTC One recently has gotten Sense 5, will this Kitkat rom be bare, or have Sense... 6?? Who knows. Exciting as that is, when all phones finally get 4.4, I'm sure Android will have something new out like 4.6 or 5.1 I don't know, they seem to move very fast, but at least you're able to get the Operating system upgrades via Cyanogenmod. HTC One has the Beats audio built in, and with root on your own device you're able to get ahold of the beats audio mod engine (How cool?) It would be really good to have an HTC One, with Stock Google Android, but I doubt HTC would let that happen through OTA updates (Over The Air) Android Guru Guy; Dayto...
