My Galaxy S3 (AT&T) i747
Currently, I am running Cyanogenmod (CM) 11. You can get the latest Cyanogenmod Rom from Cyanogenmod.org
I have been updating this ROM every day (with the newest nightlies), yet I have not run into any problems with any of the builds so far. It is safe to say, You could just about use this build as a daily driver. The Camera works, the wifi works, all of the settings work correctly, and I have not run into any Force Closings, or any crashing issues.
This rom features Launcher 3, as Jellybean had Launcher 2, and then when you install Google Play Store (Gapps) it will also install the Google Experience Launcher (GEL) Which is basically the same thing, but all you have to do is say "ok google" and google now is listening. You can get the GEL APK file from someone, or if you can find it online, and make sure to update to the latest Google Search, to get this Kitkat, Google experience on your jellybean device. (Yes, it works, I have tried it, and had a couple of buddies try it)

The Good:
CM11 features its own Kernel, like past CM builds, and when I run the benchmarking program (3D Mark) the scores are off the charts without any additional overclocking (but GPU Overclocking would not matter any ways, it will make no difference). I am happy to say with this build my score was 5331, (which is very very high for this device). I am sure there are better scores for this device, but I'm in no way interested in overclocking my telephone... Hah.. sounds funny when you put it like that doesn't it?
The bad:
There is nothing bad with the CM Rom at all, until you start getting in the mix with Google. Google's stuff doesn't bother me none, but it does feel like they want to change everything, and just completely take over. The new GMail won't even let you select files other than Pictures or video to attach to e-mail, and thats what I call a controlling part of Kitkat, and the Google Experience. Honestly makes me want to just use the default E-Mail app, and Amazon's Appstore for Apps, instead of intertwining my device all up in the Google field. I'd be happier with just my Launcher3 to be fair. The Ugly:
There's nothing really "Ugly" about this rom, its beautiful as far as I can see, everyone has their own Rants and raves about Google, and in the long run, I really like Google as a partner of business, and as a company. The only ugly thing I've noticed about the Rom itself is the Camera didn't work in the first build, but I updated and the very next build had the camera fixed, up and running! I was thrilled.
All in all I can safely say I'd use this latest build as a daily driver, but I will continue to follow the updates up to the stable build, and probably into the next Android version. If it gets too hectic I may just go back to Jellybean, and stay for a while.
