Android 6.0 "M" The M is for Marshmallow

Android 6.0 "M" The M is for Marshmallow Google has confirmed, the M is for Marshmallow.  Android 6.0 Marshmallow developer preview 3, and final has just released.  Some of the changes is in performance, and bugs, also the theme. The theme is not dark, and there is not a dark option, at least at first. An improvement has been made for the fingerprint API, error reporting. A few phones I have gotten report that will be having Android M is following: Nexus line (Of course) LG G4 will be updated right to Marshmallow! Sony Xperia Z5 will be released with Marshmallow, Droid Turbo 2, Shipped with Marshmallow! In the Power on and Charging area, we now have a feature known as "Doze" Which the phone can detect when it is being interacted with, and wake up from sleep! We now have support for USB Type C, which provides very fast charging! (Type C looks like an opposite of Apple's Lightning Cable?) New App Drawer! We now have a sea...

Galaxy S3, 3 Years Later. Is it still worth it?

Galaxy S3, 3 Years Later. Is it still worth it? The Galaxy S3, 3 Years Later, Is it still worth it? That is the question here in September of 2015, and the answer is quite simple... Yes! Of course it still worth it, Not just saying this out of the love I have for the device, I'm saying this because it's still better than getting a pay as you go type phone, with lower specs! This phone has been to heck and back with me, and many of you know how much I appreciate this device, and how long I tried to prolong the life on it. Here, I have the i747 model for AT&T, and it is running CM12.1 currently, with that being said I used this device all last week, and still today. It still does what I need it to do, with taking amazing photos, unlike the quality you get from Go-Phones. There are definitely Go-Phones that are worth it, but in my opinion, not over the Galaxy S3. This model runs 2GB of RAM, has a dual core 1700Mhz processor, and is still beast. The inter...

I'm Finally Writing a Book

I'm Finally Writing a Book So I started a new project Friday, August 28th, 2015, and I'm calling it "Repairs of the Galaxy: The complete repair guide to the Samsung Galaxy S Series". The cover of the book is inspired by a text book I had in college, but I really like writing this book. As some of you know, I do work in a Cellular repair shop, I deal with Android, and iOS devices all day long, every day. So I decided, why don't I write a book, or a guide explaining how to repair these devices? I have not got a set release date yet, but just keep an eye out for it on Amazon, Google play, and more. I hope everyone enjoys reading this book! Thanks for all of the support.

LG G Flex 2 Review

LG G Flex 2 Review I've had a chance in the past to play with the LG G Flex, and now I'm reviewing the successor, the LG G Flex 2. This phone caught my eye, just as the first one did. I like the curve in this one a little better though. The feel of this phone is almost real time, or quantum. The screen is so vibrant and smooth, almost can't see any pixels at all. I've yet to find any custom ROMS for this phone yet, but I'm sure it'll get love sometime soon. The clarity on the camera is almost perfect, and gesture shot is just another "Selfie" mode cover, but it still cool. The battery does charge pretty quickly, and does in fact last a whole work day for me, but that varies with how much you text, listen to music, surf the web, or watch videos. The back buttons as always are very easy to access, still love the idea. I've been on this train since the LG G2, and I really do like the placement, as many other people complain. I'm just d...

Samsung reportedly working towards 11K Screen with 3D!

Samsung reportedly working towards 11K Screen with 3D! Recent report shows that Samsung is working in a bid to create ultra-high definition screens. The new Project; EnDK focuses on making an 11K display with 13 un-named companies and a total of $26.5 Million dollars of the governments funds.  Samsung hopes to have the prototype display by the 2018 Olympics. It is said they are also shooting for 2,250 Pixels Per Square Inch (ppi) which will have to shade less than 11,520 x 6480 Pixels.  Modern 1080P  screens are 2 Megapixels (MP), 2K are 8 Megapixels, as this one will be 74 Megapixels.  Samsung wants this display to render images so vivid it would sport an optical illusion that the consumer is viewing a 3D screen on a smartphone. Wow, I wonder where the fire is, for Samsung to want to jump to this type of display right away! I also wonder if the new Touchwiz system (or whatever they use by then) will have options to turn the resolution down, and up, ...
