Commodore Pet Android Smartphone

Commodore Pet Android Smartphone   A new Android smartphone emerges, but this one takes us by surprise. Commodore is now making smartphones? For those of you who don't know, this was a commodore 64: This beast had 64K of RAM and was the gaming machine of the time, and also the tunneling, and word processing machine. (Tunneling as in Internet..) So.. does this phone have 64K of RAM? No, this phone has 3GB of RAM! The only place the number 64 takes place on this system is the 64bit octacore processor clocked at 1.7Ghz This phone also has a 5.5" IPS display, with full HD, and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop as of now, also it does run on 4G, LTE, and WCDMA networks. 13 Megapixels on the rear camera, and 8 Megapixels on the front facing. How do I obtain this precious smartphone? I got you covered: https://www.commodore-pet.com/ Signing out! AndroidGuruGuy

Nvidia Shield Recall ALL TABLETS

Nvidia Shield Recall ALL TABLETS   Nvidia has announced a recall for their Shield tablets, the reason? The battery. Many users complain about the battery being way too hot, but Nvidia says this battery could potentially explode, and start fire. If you have one of these tablets you are urged to contact Nvidia. Phone: NVIDIA toll free at (888) 943-4196 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday  or online at nvidia.com and click on “NVIDIA Tablet Recall Program” at the bottom center of the page in green letters. This affects about 83,000 units, and  5,000 units in Canada Model numbers P1761, P1761W and P1761WX I love Nvidia products, but lately they've seemed to try to jump ahead of their game way too quickly, and have not been able to execute any product they put out, without some sort of issue in the long run. Android M Preview 3 Delayed

Android M Preview 3 According to Android M Development team, the Preview 3 may see a delay. “We want this to be a near final release to test your apps on, but we need a little more time to get it out to you.” says the development team via Google+. The original release date was supposed to be late July, but by now we know, that isn't the case. Preview 2 was released in early July via OTA. No new release date, or time has been given at this point, but I will keep my eyes peeled for that definitely, and also how you can put the new OS on your Nexus device. Signing out, AndroidGuruGuy

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Leaks

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Leaks It's that time of the year again! A new huge flagship from Samsung to emerge from the depths. These photos are of the body, and frame, and the S-Pen placement. My guess is the S-Pen is slot loaded, where you push down on it, and it pops out, then when you're finished with it, just pop it back in place to lock it. It looks like a big Galaxy S6, which is definitely not a bad thing at all. We know the S6 is very delicate, but will the Note 5 be able to take on a little more abuse? The specifications I will list from the UK but hopefully the US model can stand up next to it.  Specifications:  RAM: 4GB Processor: Samsung Exynos 7422 (Four Cortex-A57 Cores, Four Cortex-A53 Cores)  Cameras Rear: 18 Megapixel Front:  6 Megapixel Card Slot: 128GB MicroSD Expandable This phone will be a bit of a monster, and be powerful for the next 2 years possibly. With all of this being said, I am getting excited myself. The release date is

Motorola Launches Breathtaking Phones

Motorola Launches Breathtaking Phones First phone to talk about here of course is the Moto X Style . Moto X Style in the US is named Moto X Pure. The Moto X Pure price starts at $400 with a 5.7" Display, Super fast battery charging, The battery averages about 10 hours, with a Snapdragon 808 Processor, clocked at 1.8Ghz, which also includes 8 Cores. (Hexacore) Now to talk about that Rear camera... 21 Megapixels. You hear that right. Such a serious upgrade. The phone also includes LTE, but that's not a huge deal, almost every phone that comes out in the US should have that by now. Moto X Play Whats the difference compared to the Moto X Style? Moto X Play is a smidge smaller with a 5.5" Display, Water resistant barrier, still rocks the 21 megapixel rear camera, but a 48 hour battery with a capacity of 3630mAh . The Moto X Play seems to be the "Active" in this game (comparing Samsung's Active series, ready to endure physical activity)
